Product Guarantee
If product is shipped by TEECO in damaged condition, the warranty applies and replacement for the damaged parts are sent at no charge. Product boxes are inspected for damage prior to shipping. TEECO Products, Inc. assumes no responsibility for merchandise lost, damaged or delayed in transit. Our responsibility ends when merchandise is delivered to or receipted for by carrier. If delivered goods are damaged in transit, the delivering transportation company is required by law to make notation of damages on freight bill. Should the damage not be discovered until after the goods are unpacked, it should be reported at once to the agent, who will make an inspection and grant a concealed damage notification, The carrier, not the shipper should be charged with any loss or damage, and any claim should be filed with the delivering transportation company.
